Taylor Woodard

VP Account Director

Boasting more than 15 years in the industry and the last 12 as part of the team that built Motive from the ground up, Taylor Woodard brings a unique combination of skill, experience and exuberance to the team. She began her career developing 360-degree communication strategies for major brands like Russell Athletic, Marmot, and the State of Wyoming, quickly establishing herself as "an account person with a strategic creative’s brain." Over a decade ago, Taylor joined the Motive team as an account executive, instantly making an impact across each of the burgeoning agency’s brands. That impact has since grown and evolved exponentially as she’s continued to mature as a strategic leader for the agency.

Today, Taylor holds the title of VP Account Director and spearheads major campaigns, big-time stunts and integrated communications—helping to lead and deliver world-class, award-winning work for Pepsi, Lipton Iced Tea and Costa del Mar. Her efforts to spearhead agency culture have manifested in powerful forms as well, from a forward-thinking environmental policy to experiences designed to bring the team together.
