Paul M. Rand is the president and CEO of Zócalo Group, a leading social and digital agency boldly focused on driving word-of-mouth. Zócalo Group is part Omnicom Group. He also is the author of Highly Recommended, Harnessing the Power of Social Media and Word of Mouth to Build Your Brand and Your Business. Paul also recently served as global chief digital officer for Ketchum.  He is on the national board of directors for the Council of the Better Business Bureau, is a past president and board member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), and is vice chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Board for DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business and Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
