Diane Holland and Leesa Eichberger

Diane Holland is global chief financial officer at Possible, where she is responsible for the agency's global financial management, planning, and growth. She is leading the agency's strategic efforts, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. She is on the New York board of Step Up, a nonprofit organization that mentors teen girls, which helps them become college-ready.  

Leesa Eichberger is Head of Brand Marketing for Farmer’s Insurance. As part of the marketing leadership team, she oversees the development and continued growth of the brand, while providing leadership and strategic insight over sponsorship investments. Before joining Farmers at the beginning of 2016, she was chief marketing officer, North America for Jenny Craig International, where she led a strategic overhaul of the organization’s marketing efforts.
