As Head of Insights, Mark leads a multi-disciplined team across North America who deliver actionable consumer, brand, and media insights.
Mark’s role includes driving stronger client marketing and communications strategies, developing new insights-based thinking and approaches within Mindshare, and overseeing the strategic direction of the agency’s research offering.
Before joining Mindshare in 2007, Mark was a Senior Consultant at The Futures Company, one of the world’s leading strategic marketing consultancies. His clients included Motorola, Royal Mail, Orange, and the British Army.
Mark graduated with Honors from Oxford University, and holds a B.A. in Psychology, Philosophy and Physiology.
