As President & CEO of The Advertising Club of New York, Gina Grillo is a true champion of creative excellence. She has dedicated herself to moving the needle on important issues facing the advertising industry through exchanging ideas, cultivating talent and promoting inclusion.
 In her 20+ years at The AD Club, Gina has transformed the 4,000-member club into the voice of the modern ad community, shaping the conversation around diversity of thought, start-up innovation, support of young professionals, bravery in advertising, and more.
This includes her oversight of the Club’s annual International ANDY Awards, one of the industry’s premier awards shows which recognizes brave, creative work, as well as her leadership to change the face of the advertising, marketing and media industry through the Club’s im’PART program which promotes diversity and inclusion. To date, i’mPART has invested more than $2 million in leading diversity initiatives throughout the country.
