Augustine, who joined FCB as global chief talent officer in 2011, leads all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, organization design and change management, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion programs for the network. A member of both the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations, Augustine is a proven leader whose business acumen, leadership and problem-solving skills drive change.
