Rama Allen is executive creative director at The Mill where he develops and directs projects for film, interactive and immersive experiences.  He has directed highly acclaimed Mill projects for Cadillac, Showtime, Playstation, and the Vikings title sequence which garnered him an Emmy Nomination.

Prior to joining the Mill, Rama directed films and experiences for the likes of HBO, Levi’s, Microsoft, Grey Goose, MTV, A&E, Sony Records, American Express, and recieved an Emmy nomination for his True Blood title sequence.

Rama teaches and speaks on creative process around the world. Previous engagements include Yale University, Duke University, Hyper Island, The Director’s Guild, OFFF, Art Futura, FITC, NYU, SVA and more.
