Robert Senior

Worldwide CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi

Robert Senior studied History and Politics at Durham University, before embarking on a career in advertising.

He worked at DMB&B, Simons Palmer (later TBWA), before founding Fallon London in 1998 with 4 partners.  Fallon London became part of Publicis Groupe in 2006 and went on to create some of the most celebrated advertising of its time, including Sony "balls" and Cadbury "gorilla". Fallon was named Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year in 2006 & 2007.  

That success led to his promotion within Publicis Groupe to CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon group EMEA, before his elevation to worldwide CEO in January 2015. Across his career, he has been famous for championing world-changing creativity, both at Fallon and more recently as Chairman of the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board.

Senior is also a guest lecturer at the London Business School and the London School of Economics.
