Terry Young is the founder and CEO of Sparks & Honey, which specializes in digital marketing and strategy, CRM, social media, analytics, consumer brand experiences, conscious business, wave branding, entrepreneurship, innovation planning, communication planning, emerging technologies, platform development, real-time creative, sales, macro & micro trend analysis. 

Sparks and Honey, opened in March of 2012 , is an agency that seeks to identify emerging trends in popular culture and take advantage of them by creating and distributing content sponsored by brands and products.

Prior to starting Sparks & Honey, Terry worked in interactive advertising, direct marketing and customer relationship management for agencies owned by Omnicom, the Interpublic Group of Companies and Epsilon.
