At any given time 90,000 people are missing in the US, according to a report from USA Today citing Todd Matthews from the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs).
Agency Y&R Miami decided to do something about that with an internal project launched to take advantage of the email auto-reply used when away called Auto-Helply.
Instead of just saying "I'm out of the office" the online injects a banner of a missing person in your state. Instructions on autohelply.com are for Outlook for Windows/Mac and Gmail. Information is drawn from the LostNMissing database.
As the video says "now when you're not there you can find someone who also isn't."
