This week's account moves include the quarter-billion pound Western Union global media account and Estée Lauder's swapping of UK media shops.

Western Union has decided to consolidate its global offline and online media planning and buying into MullenLowe Mediahub. The money transfer service previously used a roster of agencies on a project basis, including Vizeum for global above-the-line media. MullenLowe Profero had already handled its digital media business.

Estée Lauder has moved its media buying account from M2M to sister Omnicom agency Manning Gottlieb OMD in the UK. A day later, Omnicom Media Group told Campaign that M2M would shut down in the UK. 

Money.co.uk, the challenger price comparison site, has appointed the7stars to its UK media business after a competitive pitch. Money.co.uk previously worked with Starcom.

Time to Change, the mental health awareness initiative, has appointed Ogilvy & Mather to handle its creative account after a competitive pitch.

Ferrero, the Italian chocolate company, has awarded TMW Unlimited a place on its digital and social roster following a competitive pitch handled by Roth Observatory. TMW Unlimited will work across three brands from the Ferrero portfolio: Kinder Bueno, Tic Tac and Raffaello. 

The Royal Academy of Engineering has appointed George & Dragon to a new integrated campaign to promote engineering as a career option.
