The team will be responsible for marketing activity to promote the Trusts' vision of ‘living landscapes and living seas'. Roles will include head of marketing, head of people and wildlife and fundraising manager. The team is intended to be in place by October and will report to chief executive Stephanie Hilborne.

Four posts were made redundant and two members of staff accepted voluntary redundancy to help fund the new team. The team will be a significant addition to the Trusts' head-office staff of 30 people.
