Universal McCann also won the business for the Pfizer-owned Viagra in 2008 ahead of plans to make it available over the counter, which have yet to materialise. It is understood that this part of the business was not up for pitch.
The review was launched in October and focused on brands such as Anadin, Centrum and SMA.
