UK takes 23 shortlists in Entertainment Lions

The UK has picked up 23 shortlists in the Entertainment Lions at the International Festival of Creativity in Cannes today.

McCann led the nominations with seven entries, with six for the Xbox/Tomb Raider "Survival billboard".

Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO campaigns had three shortlists for Sainsbury’s "Mogs calamity" and two for Diageo’s "Never alone".

The US picked up 114 nominations with ten for Grey New York, nine for BBDO New York and eight for VRSE.WORKS.

"Play my tweet" for Footlocker by BBDO picked up four nominations, and "#Daddo" for Pantene by Grey was also shortlisted four times.
