You know that air travel has become such an awful experience when brands are literally hypnotising people into forgetting the whole thing and starting again.

Perhaps the average person has become spoilt and blasé about the marvel of aeronautics, but simply trying to lower people’s expectations in this unentertaining way comes across as lazy and manipulative.
