H&M, Lenovo and Kate Spade New York all feature in our most read story roundup of the past seven days.

H&M’s ‘green’ installations

H&M marked World Recycle Week with interactive in-store installations and a 3D projection mapped animation on the outside of its flagship Oxford Street store. Special floor tiles in the entrance to the outlet turned on different lights in the shop’s window display, while the fourth floor housed a recycling hub where visitors who donated were given a token which could be used to change the colour of an illuminated wall.

Lenovo’s tattoo parlour

The Lenovo device will be used to map tattoos onto consumers' skin

Perhaps not something you’d expect from the tech giant, but Lenovo has opened the doors to its first projection tattoo parlour today (22 April). The London pop-up is designed to showcase the capabilities of its Yoga Tab 3 Pro product, and enable visitors to see what their skin would look like with a tattoo, minus the pain and cost.

Kate Spade’s edible installation

The Sweet Suite will be located within the label's new store (facebook.com/katespadenewyork.uk)

To celebrate the launch of Kate Spade New York’s new London Regent Street store, the brand is to erect an edible art installation within the space. The Sweet Suite, modelled on an upmarket hotel suite, will be open until 8pm today (22 April), and was created by artist Jennifer Rubell.

Not On The High Street pop-up

A number of Not On The High Street's partners will be hosting workshops throughout the event

Online retailer Not On The High Street is to host a pop-up shopping event next month, as part of its 10 year anniversary celebrations. Taking place at Old Spitalfields Market from 6-8 May, visitors are promised an interactive shopping experience. A number of its sellers will also be hosting free demonstrations and workshops over the three-day period.

Patrón’s global launch event

Tequila brand Patrón hosted a music and art focused gig in London last week (14 April), to mark the launch of its new Art of Patrón series. Village Underground in Shoreditch hosted the experience, which saw around 1,000 guest enjoy performances from Neneh Cherry and Dark Star. The space featured five pop-up beverage stations, with specially-created cocktails available for the evening.
