With around only two weeks until Christmas, the battle for the top Christmas ad is getting fierce. Taking the top spot this week for most recalled ad is Iceland, a frequent top performer in our chart, at a whopping 64%. Iceland proving once again that you don't need a huge budget for a winning ad - just an Australian heartthrob.
Taking second place is Sainsbury's with their controversial Christmas advert depicting British and German soldiers holding a truce during WWI. Love it or hate it, this blockbuster advert was enough to seal its position in second place at 50% recall. And in third place this week is Sky movies at 49%, with their ad showcasing all the favourite Christmas box office hits, with a jolly discount to see you through the festive season.
