Bar-B-Q Plaza's ad for Thai Mother's Day turns the tables on its own employees

In advance of Thailand's Mother's Day August 12, restaurant chain Bar-B-Q Plaza turned its focus on its own employees with a a questionnaire that reduced many to tears.

The questions — about their moms' favorite foods and personal moments together — suggest that the employees haven't spent enough time with their mothers lately. The brand brought some of the mothers in a month before Mother's Day for a meal and a chance for their children to express their true feelings.
