Subaru showcases its driver-assist technology with a trip through the countryside.
The ad begins as a Forester races towards an unexpecting sheep on a country road. With the grim reaper quickly approaching, the sheep’s life flashes before its eyes, from being sheared by its owner to braving the bleak British winter.
In a twist of fate, the car detects an obstacle on the road and performs an emergency stop, allowing the sheep to cross the road unscaved. It was launched alongside digital and print activity, as well as dynamic radio with more than 2,000 variants.
The work was created by Angus Crombie and Drew Davies, and directed by Björn Rühmann through Smuggler.
