The AGM will give members an update on ESSA's general business and communication strategy, and provide an update on Facetime, the marketing body created in February 2010 for the events industry.
"Holding our AGM at a different venue each year will afford the opportunity for many more members to attend and have their voices and opinions heard," said ESSA chairman John Robson.
"I would like to encourage as many members as possible to come to the AGM, there is plenty to discuss and it is a great opportunity to keep ESSA a vibrant and relevant association."
