Her new venture will be named No More Ifs Or Buts, after her blog of the same name, and has already secured clients in the creative and manufacturing industries.
The business will target SMEs who are achieving success in sales but who are looking for a more sustainable growth plan and will also offer coaching services.
Capell-Abra said the venture has been "a long time coming" and that she is excited to finally get started. "Being able to help small businesses and individuals achieve their goals is really rewarding," she commented.
During her time at Sledge Capell-Abra secured clients such as the UKTI, Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, Hewlett Packard, BBC, Mizuno, Metro, Morrisons and Co-op.
She was voted number 36 in the Event Top 100 in 2015 and wrote the book Event Management For Dummies in 2013.
