Coachella is once again proving a hot spot for brands
Coachella is once again proving a hot spot for brands

The 2016 instalment of US music festival Coachella, which kicks off today (14 April), has attracted a series of top brands, such as fashion retailers H&M and Pandora, beer brewer Heineken and Uber.

H&M

Festival-goers will be able to visit the retailer's branded tent to peruse its specially-created H&M Loves Coachella Collection. Styles take their inspiration from the summer festival circuit, and there are options available for both men and women.

The tent also features a video booth, offering customers the chance to embark on a journey through a desert landscape, air conditioning, a water refill service, charging stations and wifi.

Heineken

Heineken is re-creating a house party experience via its Heineken House tent, which will host DJs and live music performances from the likes of the OG and Igeras. The pop-up features a sustainable dance floor, which will convert human energy into electrical beams, and light up as people dance.

The brand is also offering complimentary refrigerated storage to customers who are camping at the festival, as well as a delivery service.

Pandora

The brand’s Jewellery Style Discovery experience features a crystal mirage, which promises to offer ‘a peek into the unexpected’, air conditioning, phone charging services and wifi. Festival-goers will also be able to purchase leather bracelets on-site.

Tag Heuer

The watchmaker is hosting the Connected Experience at the festival. Its VIP tent is hosting a recharge service complete with seating, free wifi and air conditioning. There will also be an interactive GIF photo booth onsite, offering visitors the chance to capture their experience in new and unique way.

Uber

Uber is offering its pick-up service throughout the festival, to those who visit the Uber Lounge and request a driver via their app. Customers will be able to charge their phone, sip on water and listen to music as they wait for their driver to arrive.

JBL

Those who enter the speaker brand’s tent will be able to listen to their preferred artists via a pair of Everest headphones as they recharge their phone. The space also features a photo booth and air conditioning, and provides a concierge service.

Coachella is taking place over two weekends - from 14-17 and 22-24 April.
