"N o l o" will take over the Dandelyan bar at the Mondrian Hotel on London’s Southbank on 24 and 25 July. The menu will be created by the teams at Dandelyan and Seedlip with a range of no-alcohol and low-alcohol drinks.
The idea for the activation is to take the focus away from the alcohol content and explore the flavours in the drinks.
It will also take place around the world in bars in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney and Stockholm at the same time as the London activation.
Ben Branson, founder of Seedlip, said: "We are incredibly proud be working with some of the world’s best bartenders to launch 'N o l o'. Socialising should be about inclusivity not segregation and a focus on flavour and produce rather than alcohol content."
Seedlip is an alcohol-free distilled spirit in which Diageo has a 20% stake.
