Immersive theatre company, Secret Cinema has revealed its plans to host a series of Dirty Dancing-inspired events in July.

Held in a secret outdoor location in London, the events will see attendees enter a ‘360-degree immersive world.’

Ticketholders will be transported to the film’s famous Kellerman's Holiday Resort in Catskills, New York, where they can expect entertainment such as sing-a-longs and of course, dancing.

The nostalgic event, which will be set in the summer of 1963, will take place from 15-17 July and again from 22-24 July. It is open to those aged 16 and over.

Tickets go on sale at 1pm today (31 March), and are available via the Secret Cinema website.

The company brought its X concept back for one night last weekend (26 March), meanwhile its next project, to be inspired by the film 28 Days Later launches on 14 April.
