JetBlue and MullenLowe give a Mother's Day present to everyone on board
The latest feel-good stunt at 30,000 feet from JetBlue and MullenLowe gives passengers something to cheer about when babies cry in flight. Just in time for Mother’s Day, the airline stacked a flight from New York to Long Beach with parents and their unpredictable babies. The mother’s expressed the typical concerns of on-board parents: Do I have everything I need, will he get cranky and loud, will everyone else hate me? But the other passengers quickly come around once the flight attendant announces a 25% flight discount each time a baby cries. For perhaps the first time ever, sad squeals are followed by applause , particularly once the fourth crying babe earns every passenger a free flight.
