Ridley Scott's RSA Films is the latest production company to restructure in entertainment race

Director Ridley Scott has brought together all the companies in his RSA Films production network to form the new Ridley Scott Creative Group.

The restructure will combine RSA and its affiliated businesses across film, TV, branded entertainment, advertising, virtual reality, music videos, photography, design and animation into one global group. Director Luke Scott, who is the founder’s son, will serve as global chief executive of the Ridley Scott Creative Group.

Luke Scott will work with his father as well as partners Jake and Jordan Scott, who are also related. The companies will continue to operate autonomously but offer clients combined services across their various specialties.

The group includes commercial production companies RSA Films, Hey Wonderful, and Darling Films; music video production arm Black Dog Films; entertainment marketing company 3AM; and film and TV production company Scott Free.

"We are in a new golden age of entertainment," Ridley Scott said. "The world’s greatest brands, platforms, agencies, new entertainment players and studios are investing hugely in entertainment. We have brought together our talent, capabilities and creative resources under the Ridley Scott Creative Group, and I look forward to maximizing the creative opportunities we now see unfolding with our executive team."
