Taking place at the Business Design Centre, the three-day event targeted at women interested in a healthier lifestyle will see a number of brands create experiences for attendees. This includes sports brand Reebok, which is hosting a fitness studio to allow attendees to take part in the latest fitness classes with master trainers.
The Total Greek Yoghurt Kitchen will be the event's main food and nutrition attraction, with the brand welcoming Britain’s youngest female executive chef Sophie Michell to cook up healthy treats. The experience will also include demonstrations on how to create healthy meals using simple ingredients.
The Luxe Lounge, in association with Harper’s Bazaar, will give participants the chance to relax and recharge with a restorative sports massage.
Other sponsors and partners on board for the event include The Telegraph, Vitality, workout clothing and kit manufacturer 2XU, Women’s Health and Cosmopolitan Body.
Attendees will also have the chance to meet Olympians Rebecca Adlington and Denise Lewis, along with interacting with more than 125 brands. The event is being organised by Telegraph Events.
Last year organisers revealed they would be looking to see a more than 40% rise in visitor figures for its Be:Fit London 2015, expecting a total of 15,000 this year. The event has also relocated to the Business Design Centre from Old Billingsgate.
