Chief marketing officer, Belstaff 

Sauvaire joined British heritage clothing brand Belstaff – best known for its waxed jackets – earlier this year. She previously worked at Topshop for nearly 13 years in various marketing roles, most recently as global marketing and communications director. At Belstaff, Sauvaire heads the company’s brand, marketing, PR and digital communications across all territories. This won’t include Japan, however: the brand recently announced it was shutting its six stores and pulling out of the country. Instead, Belstaff will focus on ecommerce in the US and expanding its wholesale distribution channel in Italy.
