As brand director of Carling, Shearer moved the English lager’s ad account to Havas London and, since his promotion in August 2017, he has consolidated Molson Coors’ whole portfolio into the agency. Shearer has launched various campaigns, including Carling’s "Made local", which has talked up the brand’s community credentials and promoted an LGBTQ football club. Other projects include a nationwide rollout and launch campaign for premium Czech lager Pravha across the UK, and the development of a Premium Hub in London for the company’s premium brand marketers.
