Chief customer officer, Pret A Manger

Dawe became chief customer officer at Pret in October, after leaving Just Eat following a restructure. He has been handed the task of maintaining the continuity of Pret’s tone of voice and leading its digital transformation. Pret is famed for its high levels of customer service, but its reputation was knocked by a lawsuit after a teenager died from an allergic reaction to a Pret sandwich.
