Poll: Would you rather work for an agency lead by a creative?

Agency leaders have clashed over the issue in recent weeks. Now it's your turn to weigh in.

Should creative directors be the CEOs at advertising agencies? Last week, Anomaly CEO Carl Johnson pilloried Mark Figliulo, CEO and CCO of New York agency Figliulo & Partners, for his July column insisting that chief executives with creative backgrounds make for better agency leaders. Today, I-Hsien Sherwood took a deeper look, and found heated feelings on either side, but no clear majority opinion. Tell us what you think below.
