AKQA, AnalogFolk and Dare are in the running to be Nando’s UK digital agency of record following pitches two weeks ago. The winner will build Nando’s digital ecosystem, including CRM and loyalty activity. The Observatory International helped to draw up the shortlist but Nando’s is running the process itself. The restaurant chain hired Adjust Your Set to its ad business in November last year ahead of a switch to an editorial marketing strategy.
Samsung held pitches for its European CRM account this week, meeting DigitasLBi, Havas Helia and Wunderman. Oystercatchers is supporting the brand in the review. Samsung has worked with Yourzine and Selligent in the past.
