In pictures: Wasserman hosts NFL Super Bash

For the fourth consecutive year, brand experience agency Wasserman worked with American football league NFL to host a Super Bowl party at Indigo at the O2 in London last night (1 February).

The NFL Super Bash Presented by Xbox welcomed 1,500 fans to watch the New England Patriots play the Seattle Seahawks. Wasserman transformed the venue with the Super Bowl competing teams' branding throughout, and entertained fans with the Kansas City Chief Cheerleaders, Soul Symphony and beat box trio - Bloxed Beats.

American-themed food and Budweiser was served as part of the fan experience, and special guest and Detroit Lions star Golden Tate III was on hand for signings and Q&A sessions with Talk Sport host Georgie Bingham.

Menelik Watson, British star for the Oakland Raiders, assisted with the Xbox touchdown celebration challenge, whereby Watson threw a football to a fan on stage who had to give their best touchdown celebration in front of the crowd. Super Bash fans chose the winner by cheering for their favourite reaction, with the best celebration winning an EA Madden NFL 15 game for Xbox and a mini football.

Official NFL merchandise was on sale throughout the night via sports clothing provider Majestic Athletic, and EA Games hosted an activation, managed by Circle Agency, involving portable console units where fans could play Madden 15.

Main suppliers included Rob Lawrence and Indigo at The O2, which both shared AV tech throughout the venue. Rob Lawrence also provided stage set and branding. Keyboard provided the rest of the branding and printed collateral, and Sky provided the live feed for the game.

Seasoned Events were responsible for the catering, City Furniture Hire provided additional poser tables and stools and ION and Pinyata filmed the event.
