Approximately 160 friends of the business attended the private launch party at the space in Marylebone, London. Guests were given the chance to explore the three-storey building on mini guided tours and dance to an Argentinian soundtrack.
Flatbread with smoked aubergine and walnuts, beef empanadas, Argentinian humita, oakwood-smoked beef and quail rillettes were all on the menu alongside prosecco, wine and soft drinks that were served from two bars.
Anna Templeton, director at Shuttlecock Inc, told Event: "It was a mixture of neighbours, friends and family, the wonderful people we have worked with who have helped get us to where we are today, clients and future clients and some press. It was meant to go on until 9.30pm but we couldn't get people out until 11.30pm."
Shuttlecock Inc has secured the venue on Blandford Street for the next five years. The company will use it as a space to host its own dining experiences, as well as hiring it out to other event organisers.
