The event saw the rooftop venue host its first live performance, with folk-pop duo Hudson Taylor delivering an intimate gig that included an off-mic song amongst the Sky Garden’s botanicals.
The Britvic and Pepsi Lipton International brand also enlisted up-and-coming singer songwriter Lizzy Spit as the event’s warm up entertainment.
Both acts performed on a stage that was set so as to ensure attendees could take in the views of London, all the while listening to the acoustic sessions.
The Sky Garden's bar was stocked with Lipton Ice Tea, and attendees were invited to sip on a ‘Pefect Serve’ beverage comprising the brand’s ice tea, which was served with a lemon and orange garnish, sprig of sage and ice.
The free event was attended by people who with signed up to win tickets to the gig via the Lipton Ice Tea website.
Lipton Ice Tea is hosting a series of Daybreakers events in London throughout the summer, including a 100m waterslide at Kings Cross, a DJ set with Norman Jay MBE and unique commuter boat experience.
The campaign is the work of GMR Marketing and communications company Adam & Eve DDB, who have been working together to create the Daybreakers event series.
