Agreement spans three years.

Pernod Ricard has teamed up with department store Harrods to create the Perrier-Jouët Champagne Terrace.

Launching this month, shoppers can enjoy flutes of Champagne, fresh seafood and seasonal dishes while relaxing in a beautiful environment, with the partnership agreed for the next three years.

Located on Harrods' fourth floor, the terrace runs the length of the store's south-west side and aims to combine a sense of sophistication with a "touch of the wild".

The menu was created by Harrods executive head chef Andy Cook and deputy chef de caves Eric Trichard. It features platters including oysters, caviar, charcuterie and cheeses. All the food is designed to complement the Champagne.

The space was designed by Brady Williams. Guests enter via an art nouveau-inspired entrance.

Chris Dee, Harrods' director of food and home, said: "We’re thrilled to welcome the Perrier-Jouët Champagne Terrace here at Harrods as the perfect terrace-dining destination overlooking the beautiful Victorian-styled houses of Kensington.

"Each dish is perfectly paired with one of Perrier-Jouët’s distinctive cuvées and is a dynamic celebration of flavour housed in a beautiful new setting."
