Communications and design agency Pegasus Works has been appointed as a preferred and recommended supplier of live and hybrid event services to the British Academy of Film and Television Arts' (Bafta) venue, Bafta 195 Piccadilly, London.

The agreement will see Pegasus provide full event design and management to clients and work with the venue team at the West End event space.

Martin Richards, Pegasus Works’ creative and operations director, said: "I have a natural affinity with Bafta 195 Piccadilly having produced so many successful events there over the years. Like us, the team at the venue is passionate about the guest experience and, of course, it is a natural canvas for so many event themes."

Jenny Bones, head of commercial events at Bafta 195 Piccadilly, added: "I have been very impressed by the quality and professionalism of Pegasus’s operation – a view supported by our own research - so we are pleased to welcome Pegasus Works to our preferred and recommended list.

"Their creativity, insight and careful planning can only enhance the quality and versatility of our iconic venue."

Bafta 195 Piccadilly is home to the annual entertainment awards and is also available for private hire. It also acts as a private clubhouse for members of the Bafta institute.

White Light, Design Scene, Fisher Productions and Wise Productions are also counted as preferred events production suppliers at the venue.
