Ocean Events, which offers bespoke event packages on cruise ships, launched at the beginning of October.
The company is based in Cornwall and managed by Larry Sylvestre – previously of the Ocean Liner Cruising Consultancy – Julian Tudsbery from Dream Cruise and Brian Wick of Wickers World Travel.
The agency will organise every aspect of an event, enabling customers to charter an entire vessel and utilise smaller event spaces on board. It offers large ships with a capacity for 4,000 people that feature health spas and can travel to countries such as the Bahamas and Mexico.Its mid-sized ships have a capacity for 1,800, the smaller ships can cater for 1,000, and there are additional smaller sized vessels that can travel to France, Russia or Panama.
