The O2 to celebrate refurbished Terrace venue

The O2 in London has announced details of 2015's summer party packages at its Building Six and Terrace venues.

The Terrace can cater for up to 700 guests, with a range of party options. Caterers providing packages include Bubble Food, Harbour & Jones, Payne + Gunter, The London Kitchen, Create Food and Moving Venue. Guests can opt for a summer barbeque overlooking Canary Wharf at £69 per person, canapés and ‘grab food’ at £45 per person or a selection of food stalls from £57 per person.

A launch party to celebrate the redesign and refurbishment of the venue will take place on 14 May, in conjunction with suppliers Peppermint Bars, Harbour & Jones and Light Motif.

The private terrace links directly to Building Six’s main space. This is equipped with a body kinetic dance floor that features advanced sound and light technology that reacts to bass frequencies.

Packages for this space will include eight-hour hire of the venue, sound, lighting and staging, as well as staffing and furniture hire.

Becci Thomson, business development manager at The O2, said: "We’re really excited about the packages we have on offer this year. We are working with some great suppliers in order to give event bookers a fun and unique option for their parties this summer.

"The terrace in particular gives partygoers a stunning backdrop of the London skyline and will make any summer party a night to remember."
