Welcome to Campaign's weekly round-up of the hires, departures and promotions across the industry.

Philip Ainsworth, the marketing director of Pernod Ricard vodka brand Wyborowa, has been promoted to lead the company's UK marketing. He replaces Patrick Venning, who will become global marketing director for whisky brands Ballantine’s Finest and Chivas Brothers’ Introduction to Scotch Portfolio.

Nick Gill, executive creative director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, is stepping down to become the creative lead on the Tesco and Barclays accounts. Ian Heartfield and Anthony Austin will take over as joint executive creative directors. They will all continue to report to Pelle Sjoenell, worldwide chief creative officer.

Dame Carolyn McCall, the chief executive of easyJet, is reported to be leading the pack to replace ITV boss Adam Crozier. An ITV spokeswoman would not comment directly on whether McCall had been interviewed but said: "The board has a well-developed succession plan in place and is in the process of finding a successor."

Michael Magee has been appointed global growth role for Mars, based in Australia. He has spent the past two years as regional vice-president marketing for Mars Chocolate in Europe and Eurasia.

Richard Pinder, the chief executive of Crispin Porter & Bogusky London, is stepping down to "return to entrepreneurial life". He leaves in September.

Matt Craigie Atherton is joining Mother's leadership team in the newly-created role of chief production officer. He starts in September, and moves over from Adam & Eve/DDB, where he was head of integrated production.

Matt Swinburne, the former creative director at Droga5 New York, has joined Havas London in the same role. The agency has also hired Grey London creatives Jonathan Rands and Alex Tizard as senior creatives. They all report to executive creative director Ben Mooge.

Socialyse, Havas' social media division, has launched a dedicated influencer team, led by new hire Nik Speller, who co-founded influencer marketing agency Three Letters. Joining her is Zoe Crook, from The War Agency. Jenna Walker, content and creative director of Socialyse, is heading the division, which is overseen by Jess Rowntree, director of Socialyse.

At Havas' UK media operation, five senior executives are set to depart. Among those expected to exit are Darren Poynton, group chief financial officer, and Mark Connolly, managing director of investment and solutions.

Yvonne O’Brien, group chief insight and data officer, Darren Minshall, chief talent officer, and John McLoughlin, chief operating officer of FullSix, are also expected to depart.

Havas Helia has named Ol Janus group head of data. Janus was previously OgilvyOne London's head of data.

We Are Social has hired Alison Bracegirdle as creative director in its London headquarters. She was previously with Havas Helia, where she held the role of creative director.

Shazam, the music-finding service, has appointed Viacom branded content marketing chief Alexis Rodriguez as its new head of global marketing solutions, reporting to chief revenue officer Greg Glenday.

Hanan Belarbi has been named R/GA London's head of data for EMEA. She was previously head of data Europe at Naked Communications, which she joined in 2014.

PHD has appointed Jon Kershaw managing director of its UK Manchester office. He joins managing partners Rob Nicol and Lorraine Jones, and planning director, Andrew Hovells on the senior leadership team, and succeeds Dani Briers, who joined Carat in Manchester in 2016.

James Faupel has been named 18 Feet & Rising's head of production. He will report to Anna Carpen, creative partner, and join the senior management team.

TBWA\Dublin has appointed John Kilkenny to the role of creative director. He was previously with Boys and Girls, which he joined in 2013, becoming creative director in 2016.

Gameloft has named John-Paul Burke as its new country manager for the UK and Ireland overall. Burke joins from Havas-owned Arena Azure.
