Brands have a lot of love for Valentine's Day. Those that incorporated the day on social media saw the most Facebook shares last week. Sparkle Paper Towels used a humorous meme and Pizza Hut sold heart-shaped pizzas. But mostly, this past Valentine's Day went to the dogs. Three out of the top five brands that got the most shares were pet brands. American Kennel Club, BarkBox and Hill's Pet Nutrition placed plenty of pooches and hearts in their posts.
