The global CEO says the industry still needs a level playing field

Picking up Maxus’ award for Agency of the Year at the Media Week Award ceremony in London last month, Pattison said she was "incredibly proud" about her achievements but admitted "there are no short cuts".

Asked whether it was possible for women to have both a successful career and a family, the global CEO said: "I would like to think you can," but admitted, "I would find it really hard."
