Campaign US is once again taking a look at morale in the advertising industry. Click here to take our survey, which should require only about 2-3 minutes to complete.
Last year, we found that overall morale wasn’t bad. Only about 1/3 of the industry—37%--rated morale at their company as low or dangerously low.
But respondents who did work at companies with low morale consistently cited poor leadership as the primary culprit. And worse: 70% of employees at those companies said they were actively job seeking. That means morale may be a bigger threat to talent retention in adland than the tech or entertainment industries.
Of course, a lot has happened in the last year. So weigh in now to let us (and the world) know how you’re feeling about your job. Check back in October for results.
