The guys over at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants think they’ve finally cracked the perfect algorithm with their complex new program, "H.U.M.A.N.S." The hotel chain, which recently ranked number six on Fortune’s "Best Places to Work" list (the top hospitality firm on there), joined forces with Circus Maximus agency for this playful take on real-life people replacing technology. Kimpton’s first ever ad campaign was built on the idea of celebrating the great people who help make the company what it is. Its goal is to shift public perception from being in the hospitality business to the "humanity business."
