The South Korean automotive company has appointed SapientNitro as its lead agency for its digital platforms across the brand's 20 markets in Europe.
This will include concept development, user experience, design, implementation and support. The agency will also handle some mobile and digital point-of-sale work in Kia showrooms.
SapientNitro won the business following a pitch against two agencies.
The focus will be on encouraging Kia’s design-conscious target audience to more actively engage with the brand.

The first results of SapientNitro’s work are expected at the end of 2014 with the launch of new product pages for Kia’s Rio, Sorento and Venga models.
