NEW YORK – Enterprise Holdings has named Isobar its digital agency of record, as the car rental giant sharpens its focus on digital, mobile and customer experience.
Isobar will work across Enterprise's brands, which include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, in the U.S. and globally. The agency has been tasked with creating and delivering a digital strategy, which includes mobile and customer experience across its digital properties.
Isobar was awarded the business without a pitch and there was no incumbent on the account. Isobar will work alongside Dentsu Aegis Network sister agency 360i, which handles Enterprise's social and performance media.
"Our top priority as a company over the course of the next year is to create a digital experience that really reflects how consumer’s behave on a daily basis," said Pat Farrell, chief marketing and communications officer at Enterprise Holdings in a statement.
