Hyundai: car brand broke Guinness Book of World Records with giant message sent to space

Car brand Hyundai has broken a Guinness World Record by using 11 cars to deliver a message from a daughter to her father in space.

It used 11 of its Genesis models to create a giant tyre track image in a desert, big enough to be seen and photographed by a working astronaut.

The message, "Stephanie loves you" was written on paper by Stephanie and then super-imposed onto the landscape by stunt drivers exactly by using GPS technology.

The video, uploaded last week, has already racked up over 17m views.
