Nescafe has launched an experiential stunt in Berlin that aims to connect strangers over a free mug of Nescafe coffee.

According to the brand, Germany tops official statistics as one of the world's loneliest countries. The campaign aims to tap into this insight by connecting strangers.

The brand has installed two coffee vending machines at a crossing in Berlin that dispenses free coffee when two people on opposite sides of the road press it at the same time.

Brand: Nescafe

Client: Michael Chrisment, global head of integrated marketing, Nescafe

Agency: OgilvyOne, Frankfurt
