Honda "Up" by Wieden & Kennedy London

Honda has crafted a visually breathtaking metaphor in a campaign by Wieden & Kennedy London to promote the new Civic.

Imogen Horrocks, a Team GB climber, stars in the ad as she leaps from the safety of a ladder to conquer a giant clay mountain. When she finally reaches the top, the protagonist discovers the new Honda Civic. Her ascent represents the car-maker’s own engineering feat and the challenges of bringing an idea to life. The spot was created by Jason Scott and Joris Philippart, and directed by Pedro Martín-Calero through Colonel Blimp. Post-production was by MPC.
