Musion Holgrams has designed a hologram version of a mystery British music star for three evening performances as Best of Britannia, an event showcasing British-made products and entertainment at the Farmiloe Building in London.
Musion were responsible for the hologram of late rapper Tupac, who died in 1996 but took to the stage with Snoop Dogg as a hologram during California's Coachella festival in April.
The British hologram performer is rumoured to be a rockstar and has been created with Musion’s Eyeliner System, a high-definition holographic video projection that creates 3D moving images in a live setting. The holograms can interact with live performers and the system has been used by brands including Cisco and Barcardi.
The hologram will appear in three evenings of entertainment at Best of Britannia, featuring acts like Helena Jesele, Boxettes and They Say Jump, presented by songwriter Guy Chambers.
